Terms and Conditions

Upon making payment travelers are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

All travel plans are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

If travelers wait longer than 30 days from receipt of their travel plan to make their bookings, and recommendations on the travel plan are then unavailable/fully booked, there will be an additional fee for edits and new recommendations.

All travelers are solely responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid (passports, Real ID, license, visas, etc.) Two Arrows Travel is not responsible for any issues at airport security/TSA, customs or passport control.

Two Arrows Travel is not responsible for delayed or cancelled flights/ferries/trains/buses, lost luggage, missed reservations, issues with your accommodation of choice (i.e.: amenities offered, unexpected cancellations, changes in room type availability, check in/check out times, street noise, etc.)

Two Arrows Travel is not responsible for inclement weather or any other act of nature impacting your travels, or restaurants/sightseeing locations being unexpectedly closed or adjusting business hours.

Two Arrows Travel is also not responsible for travel insurance or rental insurance issues for sickness or accidents that may occur while you are traveling. We do not provide or arrange coverage for travel insurance and/or any sickness or injuries incurred during your travels. We advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance and choosing not to is solely the choice and responsibility of the travelers.

Travelers are solely responsible for any costs related to healthcare needed on their trip.

Travelers are also responsible for being aware of and adhering to any applicable Covid related guidelines, ensuring their vaccination status is up to date, and that any Covid testing required for travel is completed. Two Arrows Travel is not responsible for any cancellations costs related to Covid, or providing coverage for additional lodging needed if travelers test positive abroad and are required to quarantine at their destination.
