How will you get to know me and my travel style? We offer a free consultation to discuss what you’re looking for and get a feel for your travel style – what foods you love, what your passions are, what your budget is, and more. If you’re a book lover we will find a quaint English book store tucked away on a quiet street in Paris, if you’re an adventure junkie we’ll find the most challenging hike at Rocky Mountain National Park, if you’re a wine lover we’ll find a vineyard in Tuscany, etc. We will create a trip that is tailored to YOU! We can do this consultation via email, phone, or in person – whatever is easier for you!
What’s included in the travel planning services? You will receive your custom travel plan, which is a daily plan for your trip (restaurants, excursions, walking tours, day tours, museums, etc.) with links for booking/reserving built right in, and a detailed accommodation and transportation guide to help you as you complete those bookings and reservations.
Do you book my airfare, lodging, tours, etc., for me? No. Our business offers travel planning services to save you time and stress. We take care of all the pre-trip preparation, research, and organization to create a well thought out, fun plan for you and your fellow traveler(s). You are responsible for making the bookings, but we’ll give you everything you need to do so.
How much do your services cost? That depends on where you’re going and for how long! After your consultation, we will give you a price.
General estimates :
- Travel for locations in the United States
- Long weekend/1 destination = starting at $350
- 1 week/1 destination = starting at $375
- 2 weeks/2 destinations = starting at $400
- 3 weeks/3 destinations = starting at $425
- 4 weeks/4 destinations = starting at $450
- Travel for locations in Canada, Mexico and Europe
- Long weekend/1 destination = starting at $400
- 1 week/1 destination = starting at $425
- 2 weeks/2 destinations = starting at $450
- 3 weeks/3 destinations = starting at $500
- 4 weeks/4 destinations = starting at $575
How does payment work? Once we do your free consultation, we will put together an estimate of what we anticipate the total cost will be, and half is due up front, the other half plus any additional costs is due when service is complete. We accept payment by cash, PayPal or Venmo (note: Venmo and PayPal are the only option for international transactions.) Payments are due within 7 business days from the date of invoice.
Do you do refunds? All travel plans are final, however if you are less than satisfied we are more than happy to edit your plan!
Do you offer live support while I am on my trip? Travelers are welcome to contact us if they need support or have questions while they are traveling, however we cannot guarantee immediate response between time zone differences and being a small team all based in New York. A realistic expectation for a reply would be 24-48 business hours.
What are the terms and conditions? We will email you our terms and conditions after the travel consultation, and you can also review them at any time on the Terms and Conditions page on our website. Receipt of payment and going on to complete your bookings is considered acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
How long will it take to get my travel plan? Travel plans are completed within 30 days of receiving your first payment.

Once you confirm you’d like to go forward with Two Arrows Travel for your next adventure, we will schedule your consultation (either in person, via email or over the phone) and once that takes place, we will send you a request for your first payment. Then, we’ll get to work on your travel plan!
